Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Observed multiple stained ceiling tiles near 3-Compartment Sink. Advised PIC the physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. Advised PIC to replace ceiling tiles of the facility.
Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed food contact surface of microwave stored as clean with food debris. Advised PIC equipment food contact surface and utensils shall be cleaned at any time during the operation when contamination may have occurred. Advised PIC to increase the cleaning frequency of ice microwave.
