Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed door of reach in freezer near hand wash sink at grill prep in need of repair. Also observed grill prep prep top cooler and front service reach in cooler not maintaining temps 41 degrees F or below. Advised to repair and take out of service for TCS food items. CA: All equipment shall be kept in good repair.

COS: PIC either discarded items or moved items to walk in cooler. Advised to take units out of service for TCS food items and have repaired by CBD. Reach in cooler door was hanging off at grill prep. CA: All TCS food items shall be 41 degrees F or below for cold holding.
