Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: Observed multiple sauces in the front food service prep top coolers (1 and 2). Advised PIC that Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food. Advised PIC to label all sauces in the prep top coolers at the front food service areas.

Posted: Permit/Inspection/Choking Poster/Handwashing — Inspector Note: Observed 2025 Food Service permit posted in public view. Advised PIC that a current Food Service Establishment permit shall be posted in public view at all times. Advised PIC to obtain the 2026 Food Service Establishment permit and post in public view.

Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: Observed entrance door of the facility propped open upon arrival. Also observed visible light entry at the front food of the facility when shut. Advised PIC that outer openings of the establishment shall be protected against pest and rodents by solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. Advised PIC to have the entrance door of the establishment repaired.

Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed the food contact surfaces of the interior white panel of the bulk ice machine in the main kitchen stored as clean with brown staining. Advised PIC equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at any time during the operation when contamination may have occurred Advised PIC to increase the cleaning frequency of the ice bin lid and bulk ice machine.
