The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by: Routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests.
Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed stains and debris on interior white panel on food contact surface of ice machine, in need of cleaning. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned: at a frequency specified by the manufacturer; or absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold.
Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices — Inspector Note: Observed leak at back area of kitchen prep sink. Advised PIC plumbing shall be constructed and repaired with approved materials.
Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed pink mold-like substance on white panel interior food-contact surface. Advised PIC equipment food-contact surfaces shall be cleaned per manufacturer, as often as needed.
