Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices — Inspector Note: Observed plumbing leak at pipe of kitchen hand sink and sanitize sink of dish sink. Advised to repair

Sewage and waste water properly disposed — Inspector Note: Observed active sewage like substance from floor drains in the kitchen and bar area. Advised to close and contact office to reopen facility. COS- floor drains cleared at 11:55am, facility was re-opened

Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible — Inspector Note: Observed hand sink blocked by sheet pan. COS- sheet pan was removed

Food in good condition, safe, and unadulterated — Inspector Note: Observed containers of limes, lemons, avocado and onions molded in the walk in cooler. Advised to discard
