Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible — Inspector Note: Upon arrival, observed container of romaine lettuce stored in handsink. Advised PIC handsink shall be used for handwashing only. COS: PIC removed container of romaine lettuce from handsink.

Food separated and protected — Inspector Note: Observed food employee with gloves, pick up spatula from floor and then proceed to handle bag of bread/prep. Advise PIC single-use gloves shall be used for only one task and discarded when soiled, or interruption in the operation. COS: Had food employee cease prep, was hands and don new gloves.
