CA: Food must be stored properly stored in approved food approved areas. PIC Removed containers of food and moved to approved area.

Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: Observed drain flies in the order sitting area. Establishment shall be free of pests. Pest control paperwork is up to date. Advised to contact pest control company.

Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed build-up on and inside of bulk food containers, observed build-up on shelves above food in walk in cooler. Food shall be stored protected from overhead build-up/ contamination. Advised to clean shelves and bulk foo storage containers. PIC switched out soiled containers.
