Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: Observed multiple spray bottles of water not labeled during time of inspection. Advised PIC working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food. COS: PIC labeled all spray bottles of water in the establishment.

Wiping cloths: properly used and stored — Inspector Note: Upon arrival observed wiping cloth stored outside of sanitizer bucket while not in use at the front-service counter. Advised PIC that wiping cloths shall be stored in a chemical sanitizer between use. Advised PIC to store all wiping cloths in a sanitizer solution between use.
