Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: Observed multiple sauce bottles and seasoning shakers near the cookline not labeled with common name of contents. Advised PIC that when removed from its original container, containers of contents must be labeled with its common name in English. COS:PIC had food employee label all sauce bottles and seasoning containers.

Advised PIC that all equipment shall be in good repair and calibration shall be range for its intended range of use. Advised PIC to have unit serviced.
