Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed RIC near the drive thru window with an ambient temperature of 50.1 degrees F. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2) of this Rule. Stated to PIC to have unit repaired.

Food in good condition, safe, and unadulterated — Inspector Note: Observed ice contaminated with debris inside the ice bin connected to the beverage machine at the drive-thru window. Food shall be safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented. COS: PIC discarded ice and washed, rinsed, and sanitize the ice bin.

Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed food contact surface of metal bins stored as clean and not in use with food debris located at the front food service area steamwell. Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. Stated to PIC to wash, rinse, and sanitize all metal bins at the front food service area

Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed interior of ice bin lid connected to the beverage machine at the drive thru are with excessive black debris. Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at any time during the operations when contamination may occur. Stated to PIC to wash, rinse, and sanitize the ice bin lid near the drive-thru.
