Also observed handle of hand sink #1 in the main kitchen in disrepair. Advised PIC that a plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair according to law. Advised PIC to repair handle of hand sinks in the main kitchen.

COS: Hot water was restored to handwash sinks to reach 85 degrees F.
