Equipment shall be in a stated of repair according to subsections (1) and (2) of this Rule. Stated to PIC to have unit serviced.

Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Observed absorbent ceiling tiles at the food storage area near cooler units. Advised PIC ceiling tiles shall be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable and nonabsorbent for areas subject to moisture such as, walk-in refrigerators, ware washing areas, toilet rooms, mobile food service unit servicing areas, and areas subject to flushing or spray cleaning methods. Advised PIC to replace ceiling tiles with nonabsorbent ceiling tiles.

COS: PIC placed bottle of liquid medication in office.
