Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed walk in freezer door not sealing and with large amount of ice buildup inside unit and on door. Advised must repair. CA: All equipment shall be kept in good repair and proper adjustment.

Hot and cold water available; adequate pressure — Inspector Note: Hot water not measuring minimum 110 degrees F at 3-compartment sink. Vegetable sink did not have running water. Must have both repaired. Pre-washed, pre-sliced vegetable must be purchased until vegetable sink has hot running water minimum 110 degrees F. CA: All plumbing shall be kept in good repair.

PIC present, demonstrates knowledge, performs duties — Inspector Note: Arrived at facility and at tiem of inspection, observed hot water not working at 3-compartment sink. Temperature of water at 3-compartment sink was 84 degrees F. For proper dish washing, 3-compartment sink shall be minimum 110 degrees F or above. Mechanical dish machine not working at time of inspection. It is the duty of the person in charge to ensure hot water is properly functioning at all times. Due to imminent health hazard, facility may not continue to operate for more than two hours until hot water minimum 110 degrees F at 3-compartment sink is repaired. After two hour if hot water is not restored, facility must have food catered by permitted food service establishment and must temporarily close kitchen until hot water is restored (again, minimum 110 degrees F.) All dishes must be rewashed and sanitized after hot water is restored. There will be a $75 dollar premise visit fee assessed for confirming by our office hot water is restored. CA:
