Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed several cutting boards heavily worn and with deep cuts and imbedded stains. Observed reach in cooler and prep top cooler door gaskets seals torn and in need of replacing. Cutting boards and door gasket seals shall be in good condition. Shall discard or repair.
