COS: Had PIC loosely cover container of raw chicken wings in the RIC.

Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: Observed visible light entry at the screen door with the back door open. Advised PIC that outer openings shall be protected against pests and rodents by solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. Advised PIC to repair screen door. COS: PIC closed the main back door.
