Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed food contact surfaces of the interior of the bulk ice machine in the main kitchen stores as clean holding ice with staining. Also observed food contact surfaces of the interior of the ice bin lid with black debris near the drive-thru window. Advised PIC that equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at any time during the operation when contamination can occur. Advised PIC to increase the cleaning frequency of the bulk ice machine and ice bin lid.
