Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: Observed multiple seasoning shakers and sauce bottles throughout the main kitchen not labeled with common name of the food. Once removed from its original container, foods shall be labeled with common name of the food. Stated to PIC to label all seasoning shakers and sauce bottles' contents with common name.

During pauses in food prep or dispensing, food prep and dispensing utensils shall be stored in the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container.
