Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: Observed multiple single-service containers of tea and lemonade stored inside RIC #1 at the front food service area unlabeled with common name. Also observed multiple bottles storing sauce and ingredients stored unlabeled at the grill-prep area. Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment such as shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food. Stated to PIC to label all single-service containers and bottles with common name of the food.

Item 18 Good Retail Practice Corrected On Site (COS)

Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: Observed visible light entry at the bottom of the screen door with the back door open. Outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected from the entry of pests and rodents by solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. COS: PIC closed the back door of the facility in order to eliminate visible light entry.

Stated to PIC to thoroughly train all employees on food allergy awareness.
