In-use utensils: properly stored — Inspector Note: Observed multiple scoops with handles face down in ingredients in bulk food storage containers in dry storage area. COS: PIC moved handles up out of food ingredient. Advised to not use bowls, only proper scoops. CA: In use utensils shall be properly stored in between use.

Also observed raw chicken stored behind cooked pork and raw shell eggs stored behind boiled eggs in prep top cooler. COS: PIC adjusted with proper separation. CA: Store food items according to final cook temp.
