Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed pre top cooler with an ambient temperature of 45.6 degrees F. Advised PIC ambient air temperature shall be maintained in good repair and be accurage within the intended range of use. Advised PIC to have unit serviced.

Advised PIC Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Advised PIC to have prep top cooler door in good repair.
