Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Observed absorbent ceiling tiles throughout the main kitchen area. Advised PIC that materials for indoor floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces under conditions of normal use shall be smooth, durable, and cleanable for areas where food service establishment operations are conducted. Advised to place/coat absorbent ceiling tiles with epoxy or to replace ceiling tiles with nonabsorbent ceiling tiles.
