Stated to PIC to obtain written notification regarding food allergens and post in public view.

Employees are properly trained in food safety, including food allergy awareness, as it relates to their assigned duties. Stated to PIC to obtain a food allergy awareness training and review with all staff.

Management knowledge, responsibilities, reporting — Inspector Note: PIC could not determine in a verifiable manner that food employees are/were informed of their responsibility to report symptoms and illnesses regarding foodborne illnesses. Employee health agreement forms shall be produced upon request of the Health Authority. Stated to PIC to review the employee health policy and have all employees sign agreement from and to keep on file.

Stated to PIC to obtain EPA-approved disinfectant from List G.
