Advised PIC that ambient air temperature shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. Advised PIC to have WIF serviced.

Advised PIC equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned as often as necessary during the operation where contamination may occur. COS: PIC discarded rusted microwave.
