Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed reach-in cooler #1 and warmer cabinet #1 with am ambient temperature of 67F and in disrepair. Also observed milk cooler at the front food service area with an ambient temperature of 47F and in disrepair. Advised PIC ambient air temperature shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. Advised to have units serviced.

Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed WIF in the main kitchen inoperable due to the door being in disrepair. Advised PIC equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges. fasteners and kick plates shall be intact, tight. and adjusted according to the manufacturer's instructions. Advised to have the walk-in freezer foor repaired.

Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Observed tiles in the main kitchen in need of cleaning due to severe dust accumulation. The PIC the physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean ceiling tiles in the main kitchen.

Response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events — Inspector Note: Observed inadequate materials used in order to respond to vomit/fecal events. Advised PIC materials and procedures used in order to respond to vomit/fecal clean up response shall be available on site at all times. COS: PIC provided adequate materials in order to respond to vomit/fecal events.

Proper cold holding temperatures — Inspector Note: Observed multiple TCS food items (strawberry milk, chocolate milk, and 1% low fat milk) cold holding in the temperature danger zone at temperatures above 41F. Advised PIC that when cold holding TCS items temperatures shall range between 41 degrees F or below. COS: PIC paced multiple TCS items in the walk-in cooler to cooler.
