Hot and cold water available; adequate pressure — Inspector Note: Observed facility not meeting peak hot water demands at all handwashing sinks. Advised PIC that all sinks shall have hot & cold water under pressure and meet peak hot water demands. Advised to have hot water heater serviced.

Hands clean and properly washed — Inspector Note: Observed multiple employees washing hands at the designated hand sinks with cold water. Advised PIC on proper handwashing procedures.
