Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed milk box cooler with ambient air temperature of 51F when not in use (time observed - duration of inspection). Advised PIC ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. Discussed with PIC to request portable ice bin/for cold-holding milk as temporary means, place 'DO NOT USE' sign and to place workorder.

Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: Observed live insect (one) at table area back of kitchen near walk-in-cooler. Advised PIC The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by: routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests. COS: PIC removed insect from kitchen area and displayed adequate pest control records.
