Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: Observed visible light entry at the back door of establishment located in the kitchen area. Advised PIC outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by sold, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. Advised PIC to repair the weatherstrip at the back door of the facility.
