Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed interior deflector inside ice machine soiled with pink and gray slime accumulation in main kitchen. C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: Interior cleaned and sanitized, ice discarded.
