Item 15B Good Retail Practice Corrected On Site (COS)

Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips — Inspector Note: Observed the warewashing machine was not dispensing the proper amount of sanitizer. The sanitizer was 0ppm and after the third run was tested at about 10ppm C/A Warewashing Equipment, Determining Chemical Sanitizer Concentration. Concentration of the sanitizing solution shall be accurately determined by using a test kit or other device. COS: Facility shall not use the dishwasher and wash, rinse and sanitize dishes at the three compartment sink until the unit is repaired. Manger has to submit the repair order to EHS in 10 days Update: on 3/3/2026 Manager sent email with invoice attached stating the dishwasher has been repaired. See Invoice attached
