COS: Jewelry removed

COS: Employee restrained hair to continue preparing food
Food stored covered — Inspector Note: Observed multiple food items stored uncovered throughout the grill prep area that were not actively in use (wing sauces, french fries, quesodillas, avocado ranch, etc.). CA: except when cooling and protected from overhead contamination, all food items must be stored covered and protected. COS: PIC covered all uncovered food items
