C/A Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Pf COS: EHS advised the owner to get testing strips.

Nonfood-contact surfaces clean — Inspector Note: Observed the outer edges of the bottom of the prep top unit severely clogged with black debris build-up. The fan cover inside the unit had black debris build-up C/A Nonfood-Contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. COS: Facility has 72 hours to correct the violation.

CA: Resurface, paint or replace as needed to be smooth and cleanable by 12/12/2025 Update: Owner sent an email on 12/24/2025 along with a picture showing the countertop has been changed entirely and it is new Shelves have been changed rather than repaired
