Certified Food Protection Manager — Inspector Note: Observed no Certified food safety manager (CFSM) certificate being displayed at this facility. C/A: The original CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view in each food service establishment. An additional copy shall be retained on file at the food service establishment at all times, and shall be made available for inspection by the Health Authority. COS: PIC posted the CFSM for Kristy Colbert (EXP: 11/7/2030, #28238105)

Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed black build-up on the inside of the soda nozzles in both the drive- thru and self service areas. C/A: In equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment: (I) At a frequency specified by the manufacturer; or (II) Absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. COS: soda nozzles removed, washed, rinse and sanitized (in a QUAT solution observed at 200ppm) NOTE: EHS also black build-up on the inside of the bulk ice machine in the main kitchen; machine observed off without any ice. Per General Manager (Kristy Colbert) bulk ice machine is no longer in use and will be removed from facility within the week. Machine also labeled as " Do not use".
