Observed thick black accumulation along can opener blade at prep table in main kitchen. C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: Meat slicer and can opener cleaned and sanitized.

House chili in prep cooler (prep date: 11/6/2025) 4. Amish Cole slaw (4) in WIC (Manufacture's use by dates 11/15/25 and 11/29/25) 5. Potato salad in WIC (Manufacture's use by date 12/1/2025) 6. House-made mashed potatoes (No-date) 7.
