Observed shelled eggs in WIC outside stored on left side middle shelf with a large box of red bell peppers underneath. C/A- Food shall be protected from cross contamination by storing food based on minimum internal cook temperatures. COS- Raw ground beef moved to left side of RIC #4 on bottom shelf. Shelled eggs moved in WIC to right side middle shelf with nothin underneath.
