Utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled — Inspector Note: Observed plastic containers stacked wet in on the dish storage rack in warewashing area. C/A: After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food

Hands clean and properly washed — Inspector Note: Observed a food employee handle raw chicken with gloved hands, place the chicken on the grill, change gloves, and then touch food containers without washing hands in between tasks. Observed another food employee crack raw eggs into a bowl while wearing gloves, wipe their gloved hands on their apron, and then handle ready-to-eat bell peppers without changing gloves or washing hands. C/A: Food employees shall wash their hands and change gloves when switching between working with raw food and working with ready-to-eat food and before donning gloves to initiate a task that involves working with food. COS: Food employees removed gloves and washed hands.
