Observed raw trout fish stored above ready to eat foods in bottom of prep top cooler on cookline. 3. Observed raw chicken tenders stored above raw filet migon in prep top cooler at seafood station in main kitchen. Observed bacon wrapped raw shrimp stored above uncooked stuffed potatoes with cheese. C/A: All ready to eat food must be stored above raw food. All raw food must be separated by internal cook temperature with raw poultry stored at the bottom. COS: All food rearranged properly.
