Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned — Inspector Note: Observed door to restroom in main kitchen left open and not self closing. C/A: Except where a toilet room is located outside a food service establishment and does not open directly into the food service establishment, such as a toilet room that is provided by the management of a shopping mall, a toilet room located on the premises shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door.

Proper cold holding temperatures — Inspector Note: Observed several TCS foods cold holding at above 41F in front food service prep area (*see asterisks*). C/A: All TCS foods cold held must be maintained at 41F and below. COS: Per PIC, food out of temperature less than 1-hour due to rush. Food moved to cooler to rapidly cool- see corrective action temperatures. Garlic parmesan 1 discarded garlic parmesan 2 placed on TPHC.

PIC present, demonstrates knowledge, performs duties — Inspector Note: PIC unable to provide key drop agreement with food vendor (Georgia CCG) for after hour food deliveries. C/A: The food service establishment shall maintain records of the written agreement as specified in subsection (3)(m)3. of this Rule as well as records that show the delivery condition and temperature of the products upon receipt of delivery. *Provide key drop agreement with vendor to EHS via email within 10-days.* New Violation. COS-Letter of Compliance 11/7/2026: Operator provided key drop agreement with food vendor via email to EHS; see attached and added to file.
