Nonfood-contact surfaces clean — Inspector Note: Observed heavy layers of grease and food debris on exterior equipment (in between fryers and cooler) surfaces (tables, shelves, and countertops). Observed heavy accumulation of grease on grease hood in Main. Observed the doors and handles heavily soiled with grease and food debris of equipment in Main Kitchen. C/A: Non food contact surfaces shall be cleaned as necessary to prevent soil accumulation.
