Nonfood-contact surfaces clean — Inspector Note: Observed hashbrown liquid, yellow accumulation on the bottom of the RIC left side. Observed the cover to the fan unit in the WIC with dust/debris accumulation C/A Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. COS: Facility has 3 days to correct the violation

Proper eating, tasting, drinking, or tobacco use — Inspector Note: Observed coffee cup with lid and no straw at the countertop area. Observed personal drink open coffee cup at the coffee station. Observed manager drinking from a coffee cup in the main kitchen area when EHS arrived. C/A Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. However, drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles will be allowed. COS: Cups were removed
