Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips — Inspector Note: Observed the sanitizer at the three compartment sink with a concentration around 100ppm QAC. The automatic dispenser was having a concentration above 400ppm. C/A Warewashing Equipment, Determining Chemical Sanitizer Concentration. Concentration of the sanitizing solution shall be accurately determined by using a test kit or other device. Pf. COS: Facility will have to ensure the concentration of QAC in the sink is between 200-400ppm
