Adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used — Inspector Note: Observed employees phone, car keys, and drink in a container stored with the potatoes on the potato storage rack in the main kitchen area. Observed employee phone stored on top of a cutting board in the main kitchen. C/A: Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. COS: Employee's items removed from storage rack and moved to designated area; employee phone removed from cutting board and cutting board moved to ware washing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
