Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: Observed unidentifiable white substances stored in containers (4) in the grill prep area and main kitchen on the shelf. Observed several clear liquids stored in milk cartons that are unidentifiable. Observed 2 bottle of yellowish liquid stored in grill prep area that the employee said it was oil. C/A: Except for containers holding food that can be readily Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized, such as dry pasta, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food.

C/A: ALL FOOD SHALL BE STORED AT LEAST 6" OFF THE FLOOR, IN A CLEAN & DRY LOCATION WHERE IT IS NOT EXPOSED TO POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION. COS: PIC placed buckets of food on shelf.

C/A: Except for loosely covered while cooling, food shall be kept covered with a lid or plastic wrap. COS: PIC placed plastic wrap on all uncovered food items.
