Single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used โ€” Inspector Note: Observed to go boxes and to go containers on multiple counters in the grill prep area stored with the lip upward. Observed to go boxes in the front service coffee bar with the lip facing upwards. CA: Single-service and single-use articles shall be handled, displayed, and dispensed so that contamination of food-and lip-contact surfaces is prevented. COS: Single use articles were flipped with the lip- contact surface facing downward.
