Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display — Inspector Note: Observed a colander of cooked spaghetti sitting in the 3-compartment sink. Food employee informed EHS that they rinse the spaghetti in the 3-compartment sink. C/A: Food shall be protected from contamination that may result from a factor or source not specified under paragraphs (a) through (y) of this subsection. COS: spaghetti discarded; EHS informed PIC of code provision for rinsing pasta in the vegetable prep sink. NOTE: no active dish washing in the 3-comp sink
