Management knowledge, responsibilities, reporting — Inspector Note: PIC could not provide, in a verifiable manner, employees trained on symptoms and illnesses to report. When asked what the 5 symptoms were, the PIC stated throwing up and nausea. C/A: Food employees and conditional employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report in accordance with the Chapter, to the person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food. COS: EHS provided an employee health agreement to the PIC to use for training purposes when employees are hired or for food employees to train on.
