Observed bottles of oils stored outside their original container and without labels over the stove top in main kitchen. CA: Items removed from their original containers shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food.

Hands clean and properly washed — Inspector Note: Observed employee wash dishes with gloved hands, dry gloves against body/apron, then touch single serve cup and fill with condiments without washing hands. CA: Employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately after handling soiled equipment or utensil and after engaging in activities that contaminate the hands. COS: PIC informed employee to wash hands using the proper procedure and re-glove.
