Management knowledge, responsibilities, reporting — Inspector Note: The person in charge could not demonstrate awareness of the five symptoms that relate to diseases that are transmissible through food. C/A: PIC should be able to describe the five symptoms of a foodborne illness: vomiting, diahrrea, jaundice, sore throat with fever, infected cuts/wounds. COS: EHS educated PIC on symptoms. EHS gave PIC employee health policy.
