Nonfood-contact surfaces clean — Inspector Note: Observed the froyo machined and the wall and floor behind the froyo with heavy ice cream build-up. C/A Nonfood-Contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. COS: Facility has to correct the violation in 3 days and submit pictures to EHS Update: Owner submitted before and after pictures of the area cleaned on 11/06/2025. Violation corrected
