CA: Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized, such as dry pasta, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food. Adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used — Inspector Note: Observed employee beverage stored in the bottom cooler amongst customer food in the main kitchen. Observed employee ice cream stored on top of frozen egg rolls in the reach in freezer beside the fryer in the main kitchen. Observed employee meal stored amongst customer food in the walk in cooler. CA: There shall be a designated area for employee personal belongings to prevent contamination. COS: PIC moved items to designated area.
