Observed raw beef stored above orannges in the walk-in cooler 2 in the main kitchen. C/A: Food should be stored in order of cook temperature in order to prevent the possibilty of cross contamination. COS: raw pork and eggs moved to shelf with other raw meats. Raw beef placed below oranges.
